So many chips, now, too in just a couple of years. SCUFF DEFENSE is a 100% acrylic paint & primer with stain. But if you're going with flat/matte, I highly recommend the Behr Scuff Defense. Also seems to scuff really easy, like I hung a metal hanger on the door frame & it left a black mark that won't wipe off.
